Winning Teams will receive the following:

• Players & 2 Coach Tickets to a Lethbridge Hurricanes Game.
• Play on the ice in the Davis Cup before the 2^nd period flood.
• Picture opportunity with Cane and the Davis Cup.
• Davis Cup ministicks for the players.

*Model Release Form will need to be signed by all teams to participate in case photographs or videos taken during the Davis Cup. If photos are taken images will be released to the team for their personal use.

The Davis Cup team will receive a total of 15 Hurricanes tickets.

• Two (2) Tickets for the Coaches
• Thirteen (13) Tickets for the players.

The team manager can purchase additional tickets for parents and siblings to sit in the same section as the players. Dylan Thornborough: dylan@lethbridgehurricanes.com, will send out a link to the registered contact for the team to purchase reduced rates of Hurricanes tickets for their assigned game night.

Please have your players at the VisitLethbridge.com Arena one hour before the game time. Players are to come half-dressed in their hockey equipment.

• Enter the VisitLethbridge.com Arena through the North West main entrance and gather your team by the pillar in front of the trophy case, which is on your right hand side once you enter the building.
• 45 minutes prior to puck drop a Hurricane's staff member will greet you at the pillar and take you to the dressing room to drop off player’s equipment.
• The players, coaches and parents can then go to their seats and to watch warm-ups.
• Please stay in your assigned seats.
• At the mid-point of the 1^st period, Hurricane Staff will take the team, coaches, and parents to the dressing room.
• Please respect barricades located at ice level by the dressing rooms.
• 2 Coaches will be allowed on the ice with skates, helmet, gloves and stick to patrol the blue lines and help with children.
  • All other parents, coaches, managers will be required to watch from the stands.
  • There will be no access to the hurricanes benches.
• The 3 minute Davis Cup will happen prior to the Zamboni Flood.
• After the Davis cup, parents can come back down to the dressing room to help players change and get players back to their seats. Equipment bags will need to be taken to your vehicle at this time.
